The Local Collaborative Time Study (LCTS) is a federal funding source which reimburses our community for some work Edina School District personnel (social workers, nurses, etc.) do with at-risk children. By law, the federal funds received from LCTS come back to our local Family Services Collaborative, which is called the Edina Community Council (ECC).
The next grant application deadline is February 2009.
